Meet Misty Carson. She and her husband, Jason, are part of the Artist Track teaching team. After getting married in 2011, they joined forces musically to begin touring as The Carsons. While off the road, they educated young aspiring musicians in songwriting, vocal performance, and studio production. Since 2009, Jason and Misty have been resident songwriters in the education department at the Country Music Hall of Fame. Currently, they serve regularly on their local worship team and chase around their two-year-old who, wouldn’t you know, loves to sing. Jason and Misty work with students during our weekly show prep (what we call “Hammer Time”) and focus on enhancing our student artists’ performance skills.
